Genre Decision Blog
For my opening sequence, I have decided to do something very dark and also pops up out of nowhere. Just at you like 3D. Since the genre of my project will be a thriller. Everything in my movie will kinda come out of nowhere and be very unexpected. This makes complete sense with it matching up to my movie. I will also use some of the cool techniques that I got from looking at the different websites. That I was recently on to see the different information that they provide to the public. Like one thing I already have in mind and planed is the look of the words and how they match the film I will create. I will probably do something people would not suspect like weird writing for a thriller movie. This works due to it being unexpected like most thrillers. It's also very exciting what is going to happen next after the opening sequence. I came up with my conclusion by simply see what would go well with my genre. Also, I came up with it being different than the rest not only to fit in with the genre that I am doing. But to be different overall unlike any before. My opening sequence will show a little of what's to come in the movie. This will be important in getting their adrenaline pumping and excited. It also important because if they don't want to see they can end it there and exit the building. The opening also adds that the special feature of the film is different. That makes you feel like your in that world you being depicted. I will create my opening sequence so that it will take them on a journey.
