Filming and Editing Blog

I began my day by simply setting up my station to start editing. I made sure everything was in place and I was comfortable. I made sure my timer was set and my area was comfortable. I also made sure that my laptop was charged up. From there I made sure to go on to my editing site. Then I made sure to start my timer and begin editing. I first started by looking over all the work I had done. Then I made sure everything sounded right and videos matched up. So for this specific editing software, I use I have to drag all of my work to the editing pad. So after I did that I started to put the videos in order. Also, the software that I was using was acting up a bit. I was unable to do things at the time I wanted to. There were just so many technical difficulties. Because of all the technical issues, I tried to resolve the problem by deleting old files. Then I provided to try again only for nothing to work. After I tried multiple times that's when I realized it probably wasn't the right day to edit. So I finally walked away from the laptop and moved on. Wednesday is when I will be taking another attempt to edit. I then tried one last time just to see and that's when it started to work. So from here, I will continue to film until my timer goes off.

My partner had senior pictures today. So we weren't able to do work on our project/ start filming. So instead of wasting time I worked further on our schedule. Our go date on filming is next week, where we will be starting the filming process. I also have worked out the electronics we will be using for the film. The photos for our social media's will be posted once we start filming. I particularly want this to happen to give the social media's a more authentic feel. I also I have worked on the editing technology that we will be using for the film. I am excited to make it happen and see the difference in production once edited. Spring break Blog

 So currently in the United States, this is our last day for school. From now until the end of March we will be on spring break. This is extremely well needed with all the different classes having to be kept up with and the work. This spring break will be the break every high schooler or anyone in school has needed since the time school started. I am very excited to take a break and focus on my mental health. It is very important to get back in tune with your mental self that a lot of people seem to forget about. When it comes to school, grades, and work overall. So spring break will give us this time to check in with ourselves. Also, spring break gives us time to let loose and not have to worry about anything. Which is very well needed as well when the only thing you're focused on is a bunch of test coming up and projects. Preparation blog

In today's blog, I will be about the next steps in my task. My first in this will be to do more research on editing which is what I am currently doing. " Editing is the process of selecting and preparing written, photographic, visual, audible, or cinematic material used by a person or an entity to convey a message or information." My main concern as of now is the editing software. Luckily I have the internet that shows over 20 reliable and reputable software to search from either for android or I phone.
