Preparation blog

In today's blog, I will be about the next steps in my task. My first in this will be to do more research on editing which is what I am currently doing. "Editing is the process of selecting and preparing written, photographic, visual, audible, or cinematic material used by a person or an entity to convey a message or information." My main concern as of now is the editing software. Luckily I have the internet that shows over 20 reliable and reputable software to search from either for android or I phone. I have also learned the difference in editing for different things like photos, videos, writing, etc. "Video is an electronic medium for the recording, copying, playback, broadcasting, and display of moving visual media. The video was first developed for mechanical television systems, which were quickly replaced by cathode ray tube systems which were later replaced by flat panel displays of several types." Ultimately the process that I have to do is a combination of editing and video editing. "Video editing is the manipulation and arrangement of video shots. Video editing is used to structure and present all video information, including films and television shows, video advertisements, and video essays." I am currently looking for the best software for my device. Since there are so many to choose from I have to make sure I use the right one. Which will ultimately affect the quality and look of the film. The editing process should go smoothly because of my extensive research. This research will ultimately help the film. "Video editing is important because it is the key to blending images and sounds to make us feel emotionally connected and sometimes truly there in the film we're watching. It's a safe assumption to say that video editing is among the most important jobs in the film industry." Overall shows the importance of my extensive research. As well as the knowledge I've possessed from this class.

My partner had senior pictures today. So we weren't able to do work on our project/ start filming. So instead of wasting time I worked further on our schedule. Our go date on filming is next week, where we will be starting the filming process. I also have worked out the electronics we will be using for the film. The photos for our social media's will be posted once we start filming. I particularly want this to happen to give the social media's a more authentic feel. Spring break Blog

 So currently in the United States, this is our last day for school. From now until the end of March we will be on spring break. This is extremely well needed with all the different classes having to be kept up with and the work. This spring break will be the break every high schooler or anyone in school has needed since the time school started. I am very excited to take a break and focus on my mental health. It is very important to get back in tune with your mental self that a lot of people seem to forget about. When it comes to school, grades, and work overall. So spring break will give us this time to check in with ourselves. Also, spring break gives us time to let loose and not have to worry about anything. Which is very well needed as well when the only thing you're focused on is a bunch of test coming up and projects.
