Filming and Editing Blog

Today I started my editing process by making sure I was comfortable on my couch. From there I made sure to log on to my editing software. After that, I start to set up my phone to time myself and made sure I had something to drink beside me. From there I began my timer and started to edit. But before starting my editing process I made sure to have my storyboard on and ready to examine. This is important for me to look at as I am editing to make sure I get it right. Starting my editing process I was hit with technical problems but I was able to overcome them. I used a new editing platform to continue my editing process. Moving on, I continued to edit my video until it was complete and to my liking. I made sure to put my tile card in the video as well. so from here I just kept editing until my timer went off. During the editing process, I had to re-edit multiple times. It was very annoying and I was ready to give up but then I re did it. The process was something I would never wish on anyone. The editing process was stressful with me having to use different editing sites. But ultimately I have finished and it is perfect. I am very excited to show my project to you all. I made sure to add my tile cards, music, and transitions. This is going to add flair to my film. I also made sure everything sounded right.

My partner had senior pictures today. So we weren't able to do work on our project/ start filming. So instead of wasting time I worked further on our schedule. Our go date on filming is next week, where we will be starting the filming process. I also have worked out the electronics we will be using for the film. The photos for our social media's will be posted once we start filming. I particularly want this to happen to give the social media's a more authentic feel. I also I have worked on the editing technology that we will be using for the film. I am excited to make it happen and see the difference in production once edited. Spring break Blog

 So currently in the United States, this is our last day for school. From now until the end of March we will be on spring break. This is extremely well needed with all the different classes having to be kept up with and the work. This spring break will be the break every high schooler or anyone in school has needed since the time school started. I am very excited to take a break and focus on my mental health. It is very important to get back in tune with your mental self that a lot of people seem to forget about. When it comes to school, grades, and work overall. So spring break will give us this time to check in with ourselves. Also, spring break gives us time to let loose and not have to worry about anything. Which is very well needed as well when the only thing you're focused on is a bunch of test coming up and projects. Preparation blog

In today's blog, I will be about the next steps in my task. My first in this will be to do more research on editing which is what I am currently doing. " Editing is the process of selecting and preparing written, photographic, visual, audible, or cinematic material used by a person or an entity to convey a message or information."
